In this video, learn how to add a 3D model from an online source to your Word document, and then make duplicates of the object and change the view or angle for those duplicates, in order to display multiple views or angles of the same 3D object in a docum
- [Instructor] If you've created a 3D object…using another application, and you'd like to…bring that 3D object into your Word documents,…one thing you might consider is adding duplicates…of the same object, changing the angle…or view for those objects, so you can display them…at different angles or views for your readers,…as we're going to explore in this week's Word tip.…We'll do it with this file if you have the exercise files,…Droning Around087, or you can be working…with your own document.…Let's say we want the image or images…to appear in this blank space here in our document.…
What we do is click in the vicinity…where we want the object to go,…click our Insert tab up here on the ribbon,…and you'll notice 3D Models.…Before you click the button, though,…click the dropdown arrow just to the right.…You'll see that we can go and locate that file,…perhaps one that you've created or that was given to you,…created in some other application,…but if you don't have one, that's okay.…We can also access some online options.…
