- Well folks, that's the end of this series on screen writing. Just like with writing the actual script, it's hard to say it's done, there's always more to be done, and things can always get better. I hope after watching this, that you will make something, create, write. When you first learned about all this stuff, it's okay to just observe, look for these concepts in movies and TV shows, learn how other people have used protagonists and three act structures, beats, archetypes, the whole bit, but then, write something. There are a lot of bitter film makers out there that aren't really film makers, they're critics because they don't contribute anything. Writers write. Film makers make films. Creators are the ones that change the world. It's very easy to sit back and evaluate, but the real emotional payoff comes only after you're vulnerable and exposed, and create something new.
