- [Instructor] In this week's work tip we're going to look at a fast and easy way to create an organizational chart using SmartArt, it's called SmartArt because it has built-in intelligence, it knows how to restructure the chart as you create it to accommodate the content and makes things consistent and look pleasing to the eye. So we're going to deal with this file if you have the exercise files, LM Org Chart 053, it has the title you can see a list of names and titles down below, it's difficult to pick up on the hierarchy looking at this, a graphical representation in an organization chart will really help. If you don't have the exercise files, you can create this from scratch just type in the title, click down below the title and start to answer your SmartArt typing in the content that we see down below.
