- [Instructor] When it comes to formatting text in your word documents, especially text that might reappear in other areas of the document and need to be formatted the same way, you can save a lot of time using styles, especially quick styles that appear in the styles gallery. For example, maybe you create the same type of document on a regular basis that requires the same or consistent formatting. Well, we're going to work with this file, called Press_release_032, you'll find that in your exercise files, or you can work with one of your own. For immediate release needs to appear at the top of every one of these press releases, and it needs to be formatted a certain way. For example, let's select this content, just click and drag right to the end of the E, and with that selected, you'll notice this little toolbar popping up where we can do some quick formatting.
