I'll go ahead and select this paragraph.…We'll go to our View tab, click on Macros, Record Macro.…First we'll name our macro, let's call it Highlight.…Next, we'll determine where we want to store the macro.…We have the option of storing it in the Normal template…or in the current document.…I'll go ahead and save it in the current document.…We can then assign a keyboard shortcut,…Alt-Ctrl-H for Highlight should be easy to remember.…
