- [Instructor] This is a report that has to be completed every quarter for every single project that we're working on at Kineteco. This version is available in the exercise files as Buckley Solar Farm Report. It's a report that's partially filled out. And up to this point, how we typically use this document to create the new report is we open it up, we save a copy, and we start over-typing the information that's there. This is a great time to templatize this instead. It will pay us back in efficiency and clarity every single time I or a member of my team uses it. The first task when we are going to create a template from an existing document is to identify every single item that will be replaced with other text in the future each time it is used.
