- [Host] I find more and more people are collaborating on documents, and once you send those documents out for people to look at and revise, they then return them to you, and you have the chore of combining the original document with any changes that have been suggested by your other authors. After watching this video, you'll know how to compare two versions of a document, and also how you can combine revisions from multiple documents. Let's take a look at our original document, which is called Combine_Original. This is the document that was sent out to two authors, myself and John. Well first, let's use the Compare option. So on our Review tab, we'll go over to Compare, and select Compare. So we first want to choose the original document, which is called Combine_Original, and then I'll click Browse, and go back to the Chapter 2 folder, and I'll click Combine_Jennifer.
