- [Jenn] Hi, my name is Jenn McBee, and I'm here to help you prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Exam for Word 2016. I'm a certified MOS master instructor and I've been mentoring students in Microsoft Word since 2006. We'll start with an overview of the different MOS certifications and how to prepare for the exam. Some of the topics we will cover are creating macros and copying them to the normal template, creating indexes and tables of figures, advanced tracking options, and we'll review the global content standards.
We have a lot to cover, so let's get started.
