- [Instructor] I have a report that I want to send to a number of different people. I have all of their email addresses in a file I can use as a data source, and I want to send this report as a Word document. If I wanted to send it as a PDF or a PowerPoint or something else, that's not what I'm showing in this movie. This movie focuses on the use of the mail merge capabilities of Word to send Word documents as attachments. This document, which you'll find in the chapter three folder, is called Shaken and Stirred. And I'm going to customize this, not because I need to but because it's pretty cool that I can. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to add a placeholder that says created for, I'm actually going to center that line, and I'm going to put the recipient's name right here. I'm going to do a little bit of formatting also. So let's pull out the font dialogue box and let's do a small caps and pop that in in…
