- Remembering again that all of the formatting in my template should be done with styles. I'd like to create a special style for instructions. I'm going to highlight this, but I'm not going to use the highlighter, I'm actually going to use fill. Let's put in a light green fill. So that every time we see this, we know it's an instruction in our template. What I'd like to do then is I would like to create a new style, called instruction. Or I could also call it help text or something else, but I'm going to call it instruction. And this is what it looks like now, Style 1, that's not quite what I want. I'm going to modify this. And this is the description of the style. It has a clear accent two it shows in the style gallery, but notice that I can click on format and look for example add border and you need to know that fill lives with border.
