- [Instructor] Well, here's something that may have happened to you. Perhaps you've created a document here in Microsoft Word, printed out multiple copies, and then realized you're missing something in your document, something you might want to add on to the end, for example. Well, instead of adding the content to your Word document and re-printing those multiple copies, you can add the content and print over the existing copies, that's what we're going to do in this week's Word tip. If you have the exercise files, open up this file, CV091. Let's say Mark Tristener has printed out 50 copies of his one page resume here and realizes he's missing an activity down at the bottom. Well, instead of going in here, adding the activity, let's go ahead and do that. We'll add an activity down here, and then re-printing, having 50 bad copies that are going to go into the trash after printing the new ones out, instead, take those existing copies already printed, put them into the printer feeder…
