In this course we begin with an overview of voiceover IP and videoconferencing, including TCPIP, DHCP, real time protocols and Skinny. So that you can better troubleshoot your VOIP calls, I'll review network operations, quality of service, DNS, and directory integration.
We'll then take a deep dive into Wireshark statistics, including graphs, service response time, PDU boundaries, and VoIP calls. Hello, my name is Lisa Bock. Are you ready? Let's get started.
