- Before we get started, there are a few things you need to know. If you already use Microsoft 365, which includes Azure Active Directory, Office 365 and Intune, then that will certainly help you. If you want to learn more about Microsoft 365, then check out my Microsoft 365 courses in the library. In addition, you should have a good understanding of working with Windows 10 and mobile device management. Then you'll be in good shape. This course can help you move from troubleshooting a traditional IT workplace to one which is cloud-based. You'll understand how to configure cloud services and hone your skills troubleshooting issues within a modern environment.
