- Zoom is a web conferencing program that's used a lot by schools and some businesses, and there's some issues that can come up with Zoom such as security. So let's first take a look at the schedule meeting options. When I click on Schedule a Meeting, we want to make sure that the security settings are ready to go. So I scroll down, I choose the date and the time. And I can choose whether or not it's a recurring meeting, so if it happens every Monday at 9:00 AM, for instance, you can do that. Then we have the registration required. So if you check that box, then it adds an additional component where you need to register by getting an email registering, and then you'll be able to join the meeting when the meeting starts. We also have the option for a passcode, which now is the default. In times past, this was an option that you could check.
