- Microsoft Teams is a very popular web conferencing application. And one of the things that we can do is we can make calls using both video. We can also make calls using audio only. So there's a lot of different things that can go wrong with a Microsoft Teams call. Let's start out by making a call. I'll click on calls and we can type in the name of the user. Now, if you don't get a response after typing in the name of the user, it's possible that they don't have a license for Microsoft Teams. So for instance, if I type in Chris and I don't see Chris's name just pop right up, I can type in the entire email address and then we should be able to see the option to make a call. Now if we just click on the left-hand side, we're going to get audio call only. But on the right hand side, we get to also make a video call.
