- [Instructor] Let's look at some of the things that could go wrong with network printing. I'm in our print server, and it's called DC 1 because it's also a domain controller, although it doesn't need to be. And in server managers, I'm going to Tools, and then I'm going to go to the print management option and that's installed automatically. You don't need to add any roles or features to get that to happen. So what are all the different things that could go wrong with printing? Well, one of the things could be the drivers. If we look at our printers, and we right click, and choose Properties, we can see under Advanced, what driver it's using. So if it's not using the driver that you want, you can click the drop down and see if it's a driver that has already been installed. And if it hasn't been then just click on New Driver, click Next, and then select your driver from the list. But it also may be possible it's missing…
