This video goes through the process of turning a computer on and setting it up for the very first time. See what users will need to go through for the first initial setup of a new Windows 10 computer.
- [Narrator] In this movie I want to go through…the process of turning the computer on,…and setting it up for the first time.…Since I've just installed a fresh copy of Windows 10,…what I see here should be fairly…similar to what you see when you start…a new Windows computer fresh out of the box.…If you upgraded to Windows 10 from a previous version…of Windows, most of this setup is already done,…but any fresh installation,…or any new computer right out of the box…should look like this.…Generally, you'll start by hitting the power button,…and wait for the computer to start up.…
After a few moments…you should see this screen. (gently chiming bell)…- [Cortana] Hi there!…I'm Cortana, and I'm here to help.…A little sign-in here, a touch of Wi-Fi there,…and we'll have your PC ready for all you plan to do.…You can use your voice or the keyboard along the way,…and if you'd like me to stay quiet,…just select the sound icon.…If you need an assistive screen reader,…press the Windows, Control,…and Enter keys at the same time to enable Narrator.…
