Recovering lost files using a File History backup

- [Narrator] If you have the file history backup tool setup, then you are well on protected in the event that you might lose some files. This could mean that you've deleted a file that you should not have deleted. It could mean that you've made a edit to a file that you should not have and you need to get an older version back. You're not able to restore your system configuration from file history, but you can restore individual files. So I've had my file history backup running for a few hours. I have some history of backups on this system. Not much but enough to show you how this works. So if you accidentally delete a file or make a change that you want to reset, here's what you'll do. First I'm going to go into file explorer and I want to go into my documents folder where of course I have a bunch of documents. And let's simulate some mistake.
