Before I actually go into a demonstration, let me give you an overview of some of the content that we wanna take a look at the different protocols associated with connection security. Effectively, authentication and authorization of the computer or the user who might be trying to use a secured session through one of the firewalls with advance security. Another unique aspect here of the firewall with advance security is the fact that rather than simply being a barrier that goes up as a traditional firewall might be, you have two sets of rules. You can do one set of rules that allow traffic inbound or disallow traffic inbound, putting up a barrier in front of your system. The other item that you have here is outbound rules. What you can now do with the firewall with advanced security is put a filter in place that disallows the user of a computer to be able to get out to the internet unless their actions are compliant with the firewall rules…
