There are several different support channels that you can access and with all Microsoft subscription based products you have free direct support from Microsoft. Let's review the various support channels available. FastTrack is a free onboarding support service from Microsoft. With FastTrack, experienced Microsoft engineers provide online support to help you migrate to Microsoft could based services, for example, they can provide ongoing support to help resolve compatibility issues after upgrading. To be eligible for FastTrack you'll need to purchase a minimum number of licenses, such as Office 365 Pro Plus, or Azure Active Directory Premium.
