Create Your Own Transport Rules
- If you ever used Outlook, and set up rules in Outlook, you can actually do this on the server side with Exchange using something called transport rules. So it gives you that same option to create conditions and actions. So you can change the place where messages actually end up, based on some rules, or you can add data to messages, do all kinds of things. Now this is controlled under "Organization Configuration" in the console, under "Hub Transport". Then there's this "Transport Rules" tab. And you can create as many rules as you'd like. And there's a ton of options, honestly. So let's just run through and take a look at a couple of examples. I'm just going to right-click in here and do a new transport rule. And I'm just going to call this one test. And hit "Next". Now I notice that I have this huge list of conditions. So all kinds of different options here. I can do a condition based on messages from certain people. So let's say that we'll say from users that are well, let's just…
