- I know, you're watching this, and you really wish that we would walk you through an entire Connection Manager Administrative Tool Kit session, showing you everything that you can do. This is a Windows 7 troubleshooting video, however. So, what we're going to do is to help clarify the use of the Connection Manager Administration Kit with Windows 7. First, let me give you an idea of what the Connection Manager Administration Kit is or what it can do. So, I'm going to go to my control panel, and I'm going to go to my network and sharing center, and it says, set up a new connection or network, and if I were to take a look at this, it says set up a wireless, broadband, dial-up, ad hoc or VPN connection. Set up a router or a wireless access point. I can also connect to a wired, wireless, dial-up, or VPN connection.
