- [Voiceover] Depending on how you have Windows 10 configured, when your PC is online, Windows automatically checks for important updates and installs them using the Windows Update service. Windows Update has a default set of settings but as usual, you can also customize how it works. In this tutorial, I go over the available settings for the Windows Update service and how to customize these settings so that they work the way you need them to. Although Microsoft has brought back many Windows 7 features such as the Start menu and the Windows apps, the company is still moving forward with its new model of modern design languages across PCs, tablets and phones. One of the biggest changes in Windows 10 is happening in the Settings app which Microsoft is building to eventually replace the traditional Control Panel.
