It's the control for the message center of Windows 7.…The little pop-ups that say you've got…network connectivity up or down.…If you're on a mobile system or you have wireless…and your bandwidth is going up and down…or your connectivity.…If you have firewall set up,…and you're getting firewall warnings…as applications are trying to run in and out of the firewall.…It's essentially the notification center,…notification manager for Windows 7.…And so, I'm over here on my Windows 7 desktop,…and down on the right it says, action center.…
