- [Instructor] In this movie I want to talk about some controls that you may need for simple troubleshooting in Windows. These are options that might be hard to find if you don't know where to look, but may be valuable to you someday. First I want to talk about Control + Alt + Delete. As long as Windows has existed, this keyboard combination has been essential. All you need to do is hold the Control and Alt keys, and then tap the Delete key on your keyboard, and it'll take you to this screen. From here you can get a bunch of essential system options, like signing out of your account, or locking the computer. But the most important is certainly the Task Manager, so I'm going to click on that. The Task Manager shows you a list of every application that's currently running, and that's why I wanted to start this movie with a bunch of applications open.
