- So there's a lot of tools out there to take a look a performance in Window Server 2012, both built in tools and third party tools. Tons and tons of third party tools. I think every body that I've spoken to that's done any kid of performance analysis and troubleshooting work has a preference has a favorite tool. Some folks like this, some folks like that, some folks like the other. Actually, I don't have really have personal preference myself, other than I tend to like to use the tools that are build in to Windows. And maybe, it's just because I'm old school, or it's because I'm lazy and I don't want actually go download tools from the internet and run them and analysis stuff. I don't want to have to learn new things, because I'm getting old and as I get old I find that I don't like learning new things. These newfangled MP3 device things, I hate them, right?
