- [Narrator] When this course began I mentioned that certificates are all about trust. The primary reason we installed this certificate authority as an enterprise authority, is so that we could narrow down who it is that we trust to vouch for our user's and computer's identities. So the next step in deploying our own certificates is to make sure that this certificate authority is trusted by every computer in our domain. The easiest way to do that is through group policy. So the first thing we need to do is take the certificate from this server and publish it in group policy. So I'm going to right-click on the server and select properties. And right here on the general tab I can choose to view the certificate for this server. The certificate that pops up has only a couple of purposes. And when I click on the details tab, I have the option to copy the certificate to a file. This is going to open up an export wizard.
