- [Instructor] In Active Directory domain services, when you have two or more forests, and you determine that you want to actually share resources at least to some extent, between users in one forest and resources in another forest, well, you're going to need to establish a trust relationship, 'cause it's not there by default, between forests. So, to demonstrate this, we're going to jump onto a domain controller I have here called DC-1, which is a domain controller for landonhotel.local. Here in the server manager, we're going to go up to the Tools menu and select Active Directory Domains and Trusts. Now, here, you can see that I have the domain, landonhotel.local, right, and I'm on that domain controller and I can expand that, and you'll see that I have a child domain called child.landonhotel.local. Now, if I go into the properties of landonhotel.local, and then click on the Trusts tab, well, you can see there that there's already a trust relationship between landonhotel.local and…
