- [Instructor] In this age of web-enabled devices, we're seeing more and more web-enabled applications for the workplace, but not everything fits into a browser yet. Some applications still need to be installed and run from a computer. Microsoft introduced remote desktop a long time ago as a means of making desktop applications available to a controlled amount of people through much more flexible means. In addition to making remote desktop available via the remote desktop client, it's now been published as a website as well. Here I am, back on our web server, and we're going to take a look at this feature. From the server manager, I'm going to go ahead and start adding a role or feature. But this time, we're going to make a different selection pretty early on. We're not adding a role or a feature for this application.
