- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to do a basic installation of Windows Server 2019. Here what we're looking at is I have a virtual machine that I've created, I've done nothing other than create it with the one exception being that I have put the image of the Windows Server 2019 DVD into the virtual DVD drive. From here, let's go ahead and just turn on the machine. It says to press any key to boot from CD or DVD. I had to quickly press a key on the keyboard, so I went ahead and did that. Here it takes us into the Windows Setup, and the first thing we have to do is decide on what language and region we're going to be working in. And so since I am in the United States and I speak English, I'm going to take all the defaults here and click Next. From here, very simple selection, should be pretty obvious.
