- [Instructor] We have a lot of options for high availability when it comes to virtual machines and Windows Server 2019. If you don't have a fail over cluster or you've not set up replication and you need to move a virtual machine from one location to another, then there's a procedure for that as well. We're in HOST2 and what we're going to do is we're going to take Client2, we're going to right-click on it, and we're going to choose to export this virtual machine. So where do we want it? Well we click the Browse location and we're going to browse to host1 where is set up a shared folder. And now we're going to create a new folder, and we'll call it the same name as the virtual machine itself which is Client2. And now we'll click Export. Exporting status shows where do we are in the export process and when it's all done we'll be able to go grab it in the other host under that particular shared folder.
