DFS namespace

- [Narrator] In a previous video, we went over the advantages of using Distributed File System and then we went ahead and did the installation. Now let's go to server manager and go into D-F-S management, and set up a namespace. We can see that there's two different options under D-F-S management. One is Namespace and the other is Replication. The namespace is going to be what the namespace on the server is going to respond to. So in our case, it's going to be the widget dot internal domain followed by a namespace name, then followed by the shared folder. So let's actually see how that works. Let's right click on Namespaces and we have a couple of options. One is New Namespace and the other is Add Namespaces to Display. So if you've already created a namespace in the past, then you can go ahead and choose that right now. But since this is a new installation, we'll go ahead and choose New Namespace. Next we need to choose the server so let's go ahead and Browse to our local server. And…
