- Once you have delegated some level of control out to a user, you have to make sure that that user has the tools and the know-how to perform the task you have delegated out to them. To demonstrate how we can create a custom tool that's perfectly matched to a delegated task, I am looking right now at the Server Manager on DC1 and the first thing I'd like to do is to go up to the tools menu, and take us into Active Directory Users and Computers, because I want to show you something that I've already done before recording here. In our Customer Service container, we used to have three users. I've created a fourth one. And that's a Customer Service Manager. Right, so this is an example of somebody who is not part of the IT Department.
