- [Computer Narrator] After creating sites in active directory domain services. You still have configuration that needs to be done and one of those steps is the creation and the association of appropriate subnet objects. So here, I'm in the active directory sites and services tool on DC1 in the LandonHotel.local domain, and in that forest. And as you can see here, I've already created Well I renamed the default for site name to New York site. And I created two others I have the Chicago site and the Los Angelo's site and each one has a server in it. There is a container here, says subnets. And if I click on it.. you notice it's blank. So lets go ahead and lets create some of those subnet objects. I'm going to right click, and say new subnet. And then here I need to go ahead and put in the subnet. So I'm going to put in 192.168.1.0/24. Okay which would be the equivalent of a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. That happens to be the one subnet that I am working on here in my office. Okay, so…
