- [Instructor] In the last video, we looked at a policy to define where and how a remote access user or work station will be authenticated. In this video, we're going to take the next step and define whether or not we're going to allow them access to our network. Now there needs to be at least one network policy in place granting access to someone for a remote access user to connect to a VPN. So once again, we will see that there is a policy already in place, created by the original setup wizard. So let's go through that one to see the kinds of settings that are available. When I double click that policy, I get a dialogue that has more than one tab than the connection request policy. Now I mentioned this in the last video as well, but pay attention to this checkbox. When you create a new policy and apply it and suddenly nothing in your network is functioning the way it should, uncheck this box and apply the change so that normal operation can resume while you make your corrections…
