Let's take a few minutes and look at some of the types of reports that the File Server Resource Manager can give us. These can actually come very, very handy in a workplace where we want to know what types of files users are still working with out on these servers, or if we want to know how much data the users are actually storing on our servers. If I bring up my File Server Resource Manager in the File Server Resource Manager we have our storage reports. Keep in mind there's actually three types of storage reports. There's an incident report, which is a report that's caused by a user. It caused an event, whether it be a violation to quotas or they went past their quota, whether it be a soft quota or a hard quota or they caused an event due to a file screen. Then our second type of report was a scheduled report. It's a report that we can create that we can have run, say, every Sunday at 2 p.m. or every Sunday at 2 a.m. and either have it emailed to us or just stored on our file…
