At the end of this video, the student will learn how to do Use Resource Properties to create a resource property list. This can be applied to central access rules and policies. Resource properties are used to create statements that are inserted in resource property lists.
- [Instructor] In previous videos we have been configuring…Dynamic Access Control in Windows Server 2016.…We've already gone through creating a Claim type…and a Resource property, now we're going to take…that resource property and put it into a resource list.…After the resource list, we're going to move on…to putting that into a rule, and the rule will then…go into a policy which will complete…our Dynamic Access Control setup.…We are back on our domain controller,…and we're going to go back to tools…and choose Active Directory Administrative Center…which is where we configure Dynamic Access Control.…
Let's click on Dynamic Access Control on the left hand side…and we see now Resource Property Lists.…Let's double click on that, and we're going to right click…and choose to create a new resource property list.…And we're going to call it Department List.…As we have done in our previous videos,…we're sticking with the department name,…as the one we're going to configure…Dynamic Access Control around…so we can give access to data shared resources…
