Advanced auditing
- In most environments, configuring basic auditing is more than adequate for configuring or determining what you're going on in your environment. Sometimes though, we're just not going to be able to get granular enough with the standard auditing that group policies has provided us in the past. Server 2008 r two and Server 2012 gives us a new advantage in the aspects of auditing with a thing called advanced auditing. So if I bring up a group policy management console, and I'm going to come up to the same policy that we were playing with earlier, this one called marketing, and it's for auditing. Oops, don't want that one.
