In Part 1 of the Multi-Threaded app inspection inside WPA, we discussed loading the symbols from the microsoft server and looked at the differences seen in the CPU Usage Sampled call stack. We observed the task execution behavior of the multi-threaded version by clicking on the functions and seeing in the graph when they were executed. In Pat 2 we look at the thread activity of the multi-threaded version and drill down to see what each thread is actually working on. We look at thread IDs and thread stacks and dicsuss how this thread activity tells a story about the multi-threaded application.
