Prepare your firewall for Windows Admin Center

- [Instructor] Setting up the firewalls is a very important part of making sure that your Windows admin center gateway is available both internally and externally. If we take a look, I am in a Cisco ASA Firewall and there's a lot to this firewall and it can get very complex. However, I've broken it down into just a few commands that you need to type in in order to port forward the traffic that you need. Here are the three commands that you're going to need to do this. And you see the first command is going to be object network, followed by the name of your object. So you can call this anything you want but it has to be something that means something to you. So it could be the internal IP address of the computer followed by a few letters or it could be the name Gateway or whatever it is that you want but you have to know what that is when you see it.
