- [Narrator] Video is a very effective way to get your message out. Some people are running a weekly video blog while others use video more occasionally. If you're considering videos in your work, here's three easy tips to follow to make videos that are more likely to be watched and shared. First of all, get a tripod. Video is easy enough for anyone to make now using a cellphone. However, quality expectations for video have gone sky high. Even if you're an amateur trying to get a simple message out, you're held to the quality standards of a Hollywood studio. So first, don't take your video with a selfie stick. Invest in a tripod to hold your camera in a steady position, please. Viewers will thank you when they don't get seasick watching you. Second, use video editing software.
