Remote research planning adaptations

- When doing UX research, it's always good to start with a solid plan and give yourself ample time to prepare because no matter how much time you have, there's always something that could go wrong. When running remote sessions, it's especially important to give yourself that time, have backups, and make sure that you pay extra close attention to a few things. The first thing that requires extra attention is how you'll connect and any tools you might need to enable that. There are many remote and unmoderated research tools available and seemingly more all the time, each with their own capabilities and strengths.
