- A technology job requires a specialized profile that aligns with the job you're applying for. Look for a set of skills required on the job application. Now make sure those skills are included in your work history, your skill section, noted in your work at internships, or that they align to courses you've taken. You can see that in my work history, it's not just the listing of the places I've worked in, but also of each technology I've worked with at that job. If you're just getting started, you can also add this to your education in the description section. If you've completed LinkedIn Learning courses, those can also appear as a part of your licenses and certification section. There's also skills and endorsement sections.
