Creating a double click/double tap
- [Instructor] In this exercise, we are going to prototype a double tap, or double click microinteraction. This interaction commonly opens something or in this case, we are going to double tap a thumbnail, which is this square here, which is the trigger and have it expand to full size, The rule, obviously, will be the scaling over time, so let's get started. And to get yourself started, open the double tap file found in your chapter download. So we'll start with the cursor. There are a number of ways of building double tap, and for this exercise, we're going to just use a simple technique of changing the opacity. So the first thing to do, of course, is select the cursor layer and press the T key to open up the opacity. Now hold down your command or control key and tap your right arrow three times. One, two, three. And we are now at frame five. And we're going to add an opacity keyframe and we're going to drop the opacity to 10%. We're going to move three frames, command, one, two…
