- [Instructor] While Google is usually the first place I turn to to troubleshoot web development problems, a close second is product forums. I'm not talking about official product documentation but product support forums. These are places where users can post questions about a specific product and get answers, typically from product staff and sometimes from other people in the user community. Earlier in the course, we talked about how who the players were involved in any given problem. So when we talk about product forums, the product is simply whoever you identified as the main problem. That could be a web browser, some code editing software, a particular software package, or even code customizations you've written for some software, whatever. That's all I mean by product when I'm talking about product support forums here. Now, there are hundreds if not thousands of support forums on the Web, and I can't show them all to you in this course, and you wouldn't even care to see them all.…
