- [Instructor] There may be times when you can't find the answer to a problem in a product specific forum, and you need to turn to a more general tech support forum, or a Q&A type of site. One of these sites is Stack Exchange. It's a network of Q&A sites on a variety of topics from Tech, to science, to business, or even the arts. If you look at the different tech-related sites, you can see there are a ton. And most of them are on very specific topics, like user experience, servers, various software platforms, and web applications. I would encourage you to explore this page and see if there's a specific site that looks like it would be a good fit for what you're troubleshooting. The site most common for programming questions, is called Stack Overflow. In this lesson, I'd like to take a look at using it to search for answers, but know that you could apply what's in this lesson to any of the other sites in the Stack Exchange network.
