- [Instructor] Recently, I was hanging out in a Facebook group for web designers. It's a place where people can swap tips, ask for advice, or share their experience. Somebody posted a very specific question about an issue they were having with an Adobe product. My first thought when I saw this question was, "Why isn't he posting this in an Adobe support forum?" The likelihood of somebody in a web designer group knowing the answer to a very specific question was pretty low, and unfortunately, his question just sat there unanswered. I bring up this story because it's important that you ask troubleshooting questions in the right place. Maybe that's a support forum, maybe it's a GitHub issue on a project, maybe it's at a Facebook group, but after you've made your best effort to get to the root of your problem, do your homework to make sure your posting in the most appropriate spot.
