- [Instructor] It's not uncommon for problems to crop up simply due to out of date software or components. In this lesson, I wanna walk you through checking for relevant updates and applying them. What do I mean by relevant updates? Well, earlier when we talked about gathering context and asking those questions, one of the questions was who are the players or components involved. In this case, we're talking about the who. Those are gonna be the components that might need an update. For instance, I frequently use the Firefox Developer Edition for web development work. Ironically, it's got some great web development troubleshooting tools built in. But it seems like they release updates for that browser just about every day, and sometimes it feels buggy. There have been plenty of times where I ran into a problem, such as not all of the code displaying in the inspector, et cetera. I'd check to see if an update was available, and sure enough it was.
