- [Instructor] There have been times in the past where I asked for help online and someone gave me the snarky response of just go read the manual. That's not what this lesson is. Rather, it's a reminder that a lot of the software and tools we work with as web developers do come with some sort of a read me or other usage documentation, and we shouldn't overlook that when we're troubleshooting. I don't know about you, but I always keep the owner's manual in my car. In addition to explaining what all the buttons and indicators are on the dashboard, it also provides basic troubleshooting help. For instance, if I've had an oil change and I wanna get rid of that change your oil warning message, the manual tells me to turn my key into the on position, depress the accelerator three times within 10 seconds and then start the car. It's a weird sequence of events, but it gets the job done, and there's no way I would know how to do that unless I referenced page 93 in my car manual or Googled the…
