Creating CSS triangles to indicate sort order: Design the Web: Creating a Sortable Table

In this lesson we’ll add in some feedback to the user to indicate the sorting status of our table. Using the custom classes injected by the plug-in, we’ll create some CSS styles that will color the background of the table header cell that was used to sort the table. In addition to a background color, we’ll also create triangles, with CSS, in order to indicate the direction of the sorted column.
